Donald Ballou is the Individual Giving & Events Manager at Reach Out & Read Greater New York. Prior to joining the team, he worked at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation as a Coordinator, where he supported events, corporate partnerships, and donors to fundraise for children’s healthcare. He served as Executive Director of Dance Marathon at Wilkes University, and has been fundraising since the 7th grade. Donald recently received his Master’s degree in Strategic Communications from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. He loves to read and mastered the art of reading-while-walking-through-the-halls-and-during-math-class in middle school.
Donald’s favorite children’s books are Frog And Toad by Arnold Label and Me Too by Fritz Willis.
